Chat Window Title Setting

        Visitor uses the chat window to chat with operator.

        The title of this chat window can be set in LiveReception. Operator can edit the title into favorite words.

        As shown in the image below, chat window title is the part in the red box.

        The way to set the title: Option -- Parameter Setting -- Dialog -- Chat window title setting

        Now we edit the title into Zoosnet Professional Service, and click Save button to complete the setting.

        Now we can see that the setting is in effect.
